PMM provides support and guidance to companies in the Planning and Execution phases of a project.  During the Planning Phase, PMM can assist in clarifying scope definition, subsequent WBS development, and then with the production of plans, schedules, and resource requirements.  During the Execution Phase, PMM can assist in supporting performance reporting and earned value measurement.

PMM also provides on-going training and hotline support to supplement an organization's project management resources.  We currently provide hotline support for one of our customers to over 800 users for Microsoft Project, a custom add-on and company specific processes.
